Tegenstelling Re-opening

Dear borrelaars,
 
Friday the 8th of October we will celebrate the Tegenstelling re-opening! Because we still have to abide to the rules of the government, we have limited spots.
 
To give everybody a chance at being there with us, we would like everyone to tell their co-workers, fellow students, friends etc that tomorrow at 20.00 the link will be published on Facebook, Instagram and here on our website. 
 
Please note that a valid QR-code is required to get in.

Sign up for a committee!

Untill the 4th of October 23:59 you can sign up for your favourite committee by sending them an email. Joining a committee is not only a lot of fun since you meet new people and make new friends but it also teaches you a lot of responsibilities and organization skills! Spebi Yoga

Are you caught up in the whirlwind of the first uni weeks? Are you stressing because it has only been a few weeks and you are already behind on schedule? Are you already wondering how you are ever going to complete your courses? What better way to clear your head than by some relaxing yoga. And as luck will have it, on Friday October 1st the Galacie organizes an amazing yoga session. 

Of course a yoga session is fun, but to make it even more fun it will be SPEBI YOGA! We have arranged a package with some delicious craft beer from brewery Naeckte Brouwers that we can enjoy during the yoga exercises.

Lunch Lecture (full)

Dear Gyrini,
 
The 22nd of September the Onderwijscie will organize the second edition of the lunch lecture for you.This year Evgenia S alta will give us an interesting insight in the research her department in the
Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience does, which focusses on neurogenesis in Alzheimer’s disease.
 
The lecture will take place at the VU (room tba) from 12:45 till 13:30. And, last but not least, you can leave your ‘bammetjes met kaas’ at home because we will provide you with a delicious, free lunch!

Vondelpark Clean-Up

Finally, the time has come where everyone can go back to school! Hanging out at the park and catching up is also part of this.
 
Unfortunately, this also means more trash is being left behind. That is why the Actcie is organizing a clean-up at Vondelpark on the 21st of September (14:00-15:30).

Om een spetterende start van je nieuwe studie (zowel bachelors als masters) te garanderen, heeft Gyrinus natans een geweldige introductieweek voor de bachelors en twee introductiedagen voor de masters georganiseerd.
