Introduxie is one of the most rewarding committees you could be in as it has only one task: managing the Introstaff and organising the amazing Introweek! However, do not let yourself be scared by this seemingly daunting task, as there are more than enough positions in the committee to cover this whole process: whether you are one of the lovely mentor trainers or part of the treasurer-vice-treasurer duo, everyone works as one to ensure the best for the freshmen to come. After organising rounds of interviews for the mentors, cooking squad, barplough and media team, the Introduxie goes on MTWOW (mentor training preparation weekend) to bond and prepare for the MTW (mentor training weekend). The latter weekend is organised by the mentor trainers and consists of having the squads and the mentors get to know each other, as well as forming the mentor couples (exciting, we know). Afterwards, the activity of the Introduxie resumes to ironing out the last details before Introweek and, then, of course, being on-site for anything during Introweek.
